Northeastern Collision Consulting, LLC, led by Todd Stephenson, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of collision analysis and reconstruction.  Todd has been reconstructing collisions of all types for over twelve years on a full-time basis.  He brings on scene experience to the investigation.  
He is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction, ACTAR #2817.
Throughout his career, Todd has offered expert testimony across various counties in Pennsylvania and has participated in numerous depositions, establishing himself as a trusted authority in the field. With a dedication to continuous education, Todd has amassed thousands of hours of training and seminars, ensuring he remains aware of the latest advancements in collision investigation.
Driven by a desire to apply his expertise in the private sector, Todd founded Northeastern Collision Consulting to provide clients with comprehensive analysis supported by cutting-edge technology.
